The product is as i expected. Arrived promptly and now I am experimenting trying to get the foam right on my Whiskey Sours.

Used easy foam for the first time last night at a busy cocktail event. So easy to use, super impressive foam stability and the foam held for a log time. I was not only impressed with the quality of the product but it also cleared up the bar and gave me more space in a limited space area! 💪👍

This is a superb product. It works exactly as advertised, five drops into a citrus-based cocktail, a dry shake, and a west shake, and you have a drink with the mouthfeel and pleasant frothiness that is indistinguishable from one made with egg whites.

The only thing I didn't like is that it costs more to ship this to the US from Australia than the product itself costs. But?

This stuff is legit. Made a pisco sour and left it on my bench to test the foam out, and it sat there for half an hour unchanged. Awesome stuff, guys. :-)
